Things have been bit crazy for me the last couple of weeks, but I promise the blog will be back to it’s regularly scheduled posts soon! Today it’s all about delicious-looking vegan food! I hope you have a wonderful Father’s Day and are gearing up for the upcoming 4th of July holiday! Now, enjoy this drool-worthy noms!

Cookies ‘n Cream Cheese Cupcakes – These look super decadent but the recipe is fairly straightforward because it uses a lot of pre-made ingredients. These would be fun for a birthday party or a special event!

Strawberry Banana Summer Rolls – This is a fun take on traditional spring rolls. I love the idea of using the rice paper to wrap up fruit and this could be used for lots of other ingredients as well! If you are going to make the lime dipping sauce be sure to sub out the honey for agave or other sweetener.

Homemade Graham Crackers – I love this idea because I’ve been unable to find honey-free graham crackers in the store. Seeing as how it’s definitely s’mores season, I will definitely have to try out this recipe!

Carrot Cashew Pate – What a fun appetizer for a party or picnic! I love using raw veggies as a vehicle for yummy dips and this pate looks fantastic!

Peaches and Cream Popsicles – My little one loves popsicles and I’ve been looking for some fun ways to make homemade ones. These look great and use awesome flavors that I’m sure my little one will love. Plus, popsicles are a great family project!
