Sunday Funday: Happy Mother’s Day!
Happy Mother’s Day to all of you wonderful mommies out there! I am off for a hike today and then we have the little one’s birthday party this afternoon, so this post will be brief.
One of my favorite things to do on Mother’s Day is have brunch, so here are some of my favorite vegan brunch recipes and ideas!
Sweet Potato Canapes with BBQ Mung Beans – This is a unique recipe that would make a great small bite for a brunch menu. I love the use of barbeque flavors here, as I think they pair really well with sweet potatoes.
Banana Milkshake with Coconut Milk – Forget juicing, it’s Mother’s Day so enjoy it with a sweet and decadent treat for brunch! This milkshake would be a delicious drink to serve at your brunch.
Mini Jackfruit Sliders with Kimchi – Small is the name of the game when it comes to brunch, and these savory jackfruit sliders are such an adorable size! This recipe transforms the jackfruit into a peppered maple bacon of sorts, which is genius!
